Quartz sleeve Ø28 x 900mm

The quartz sleeve Ø28 x 900mm (part no. 410928) houses and protects the UV-C lamp while allowing UV radiation to pass through to the liquid inside the reactor chamber.
Made from high-quality quartz glass, it ensures optimal transmission of  UV-C light for effective disinfection.

Due to continuous exposure to UV-C radiation and water, the quartz sleeve is considered a wear part and must be maintained to guarantee system performance.
According to manufacturer guidelines, it should be:

• Cleaned regularly to prevent fouling and maintain UV transmittance
• Replaced at least once every 4 years, depending on condition

Each sleeve is held in place with a coupling set, forming a watertight seal within the reactor. Correct installation is essential to maintain pressure resistance and prevent leakage.

• RUV .. -120 (UV20), for example RUV 130-120
• RUV .. – 80 (UV15)
