• Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receipt of the order.
• Only unused, undamaged products in original condition are eligible for return.
• Custom-made or specially ordered items are non-returnable.
• Return shipping costs and risks are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, the purchase amount will be refunded within 7 business days.
