Yes, you will receive a track & trace code by email once your order has been dispatched.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are automatically calculated during checkout.
Returns are only accepted after approval from our customer service and must be requested within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Custom-made or specially ordered products are not eligible for return. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
Stock status is clearly indicated on the product page. If the product is not in stock, you will be informed of the expected delivery time after ordering.
