The Victor Pumps S 40 GC31T15-6+F is a heavy-duty self-priming centrifugal pump for transferring wastewater with solids in suspension, on board ships and in onshore installations.
Also commonly referred to as a sewage pump, grinder pump or cutter pump in shipboard installations, it combines a cast iron pump body with an integrated cutter device. The cutter breaks up solids up to 20 mm before they enter the impeller, which prevents clogging.
The pump is close-coupled to a 1,5 kW three-phase motor on a single shaft, so no separate coupling is needed. The built-in non-return valve and the self-priming design keep the pump primed between cycles. The impeller can be inspected through the inspection cover without disconnecting any piping.
